I'm turning 17 tomorrow and want to know what I need to get in order to get a tattoo and if there are any limits on where you can do it due to my age?

So say I’m 14 could I get a palm size tattoo if I have a parent or gradian with me to confirm that I am aloud to get it??

I do have parent permission already. The first place I called had a list of more than what seemed needed for just a small tattoo and my mother sent me to look for a different place that didn't need ten different things.

If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental/guardian permission. I would say wait the year. No harm no foul.

Florida Law allows the tattooing of 16 and 17 year old minors WITH notarized parental consent. No one under the age of 16 is allowed to get tattooed in the State of Florida We require two things… #1 is getting the correct form filled out and notarized. #2 is bring your parent(s) with you when you get tattooed.
