This is absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a Publix pharmacy or Publix in general. I have been using Publix pharmacy at another location for 10+ years and as soon as I moved to this location I have had NOTHING but endless issues each month when trying to refill my medication. Each month I was told my medication was on auto fill but each month I would show up and told it wasn’t ready and they couldn’t refill it either due to insurance or due to my doctor not responding to their faxes in time. When I reached out to both my insurance and doctor they both said there was no issue on their end and they had complied with everything Publix pharmacy needed. This past week I once again tried to pick up my medication on the 3rd and was told I would get a call back that same day when it was ready to pick up ( I was on my last dose), I got no call back and they were closed for the 4th, it was not until the 5th after 5pm I was able to receive my medication and I was then told it was because they simply didn’t have it in stock which nobody had told me prior or I would of asked to have it filled at a location that did have it in stock. I am also 9 months pregnant and I absolutely cannot go without my medication as it could cause me to loose my baby. Due to the negligence and miscommunication of Publix pharmacy staff I was forced to go two days without my medication which is very unsafe. I have since switched to Amazon pharmacy and have not experienced a single issue that Publix pharmacy had every single month for over a year. Management seriously need to look into what is going on at this pharmacy because it is definitely not up to Publix standards.
