Florida State law permits minors who are 16 and 17 years old to be tattooed with the notarized consent paperwork. Unfortunately, you are still a bit too young to get tattooed. We will see you in a few years 🙏🏽

If I'm not mistaken you have to be 18 or older, otherwise you have to get a parents consent and they have to be there with you
