Mi child is still under 48 inches and she was able to ride almost everything accompanied by an adult. For your reference she is 5 years old and 40inches tall. I haven't been during Thanksgiving, and for that specific information you're better contacting the park directly.
Each ride has different height restrictions, but unlike Disney, nearly all rides and coasters at Legoland are geared towards accommodating children. There are many that kids under 48 inches can ride by themselves, and still more they can ride with an adult, including the famous Dragon and Coastersaurus.
I was just there unfortunately I didn't pay that much attention to the ride sizes as my child had no issues but all the rides are made for small children I barely fit in them. But a piece of advice don't touch the lego stuff the employees will scold you and speak to you like a child it's insulting.
There are only a few over 48 inch rides where she actually can't ride. I think the only one that got us was the spinning horses (spin-coaster?) ironically located in the Heartland area. The Technix Test Track and the flight school coaster are probably a no-go as well: my 42 in 4 year old was too little. But no great loss, there's still plenty to do.
Yes Legoland is open on Thanksgiving day and the day after...we were just there yesterday...it's amazing as far as I know Tuesday and Wednesday are the only days it's closed...If you stay in Legoland hotel you get to go in to the park 30 min early also it closes at 5 and opens at 10AM
Yes they can ride along with the adults
There are many many rides where a child under 48" can ride with parents. The park has a great map they'll give with you a helpful legend/key showing which rides are available for which heights of children, and children with accompaniment.
As long as she can ride most of the rides either with it without me, that's what i care about. Is there a direct line to call into it? We only want to visit the park. I wanted to stay The weekend but the hotel is way too expensive
