The regular ticket doesn't includes the water park and it open only on the weekends.
Only if you bought a ticket that includes entry to the waterpark. If your tickets say Legoland + waterpark, you're good. Keep in mind that in the cooler months (starting in the fall), the waterpark is not open every day. Check the schedule to see if the waterpark is even open on the day you are attending.
Summer months Legoland theme park and water park are both open. They also have Legoland cabins just opened up. You would have to call Legoland and find out prices and if water park is open

This time of year the theme park is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. I think the water park is open Friday - Sunday, but I'd check the website to be sure.
