Love it! It's not a fancy place, however it is very cozy. We've never had an issue of any sort. Michelle it great! No plans to leave! Wish I could buy my lot!

Been here 9 years love it, most neighbors are kind and friendly, there's plenty to do to keep busy. The managers are on-site and quick to reply when needed not to mention super sweet ladies.

Great RV Park. Always clean and mowed. Nice laundry and showers. I have not used the showers. Laundry is always clean and all the machines work. Mother and daughter run the park. They are both friendly and helpful. They have individual mail boxes. Pet friendly. Lots of open space to walk the dogs. All the residents are friendly (besides one old guy in the back of the park). I have really enjoyed being at the park. Large lots. One of the nicest RV parks I have been too. Lots of activities. Church on Sunday. Trash service. Good rates.

Yes. It is very centrally located to medical, restaurants and entertainment. 15 min from Lego land.

Dogs are allowed, of all sizes. Any pets are welcome as far as I'm aware. I believe it is 55+ but the management may yet you slide since you're so close in age. I'm unsure if there's any for sale. I'd give management a call! We don't bite here!
The mobile home park side is 55 and older lot rent is 410 includes water and garbage the RV side is all ages and I don't know exactly how much the lot rent is its 3 something I believe includes water and garbage
Nice place to winter. It's not mandatory to join the HOA. Lots of things to do. Rent is very reasonable
They're not mobile home rates starting January are 415.00 a month The RV side is different
