Yes. They have coca cola refill stations scattered around that you can get ice and water at. We splurged for one of their refillable cups so we could get other things too, but they have clear plastic cups available for water.

Yes!!! They are mostly concerned about weapons. You can bring food and water bottles they have refresh and refill stations.
