The food is good, but at a major league ballpark, prices on everything are high.
Honestly there's a lot of great food in the area everything from a quick pizza to burgers and fries to better mid-up scale restaurants nearby walkable
For being more than a ballpark, I think prices are reasonable. A soda at the Rangers ballpark is about the same price, but offer no refills. You get free refills at Fenway if you buy the souvenir cup.
Best bet, get a fenway frank. Only thing worth the money.

It was ok from what i remember. We had a package that included a buffet which had a good selection. Not cheap.
