Do not go to Jay care for eye exams in Winter Haven . They are rude . we were told we would get our glasses in 1 to 2 weeks it took 10 weeks. Don't get me wrong I'm happy with Jay care in Lakeland but the eye doctors office is a sham. Jay care needs to replace the entire office staff
