Have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I love Dr. Hubble I would give him 5 stars. However the new owners have stripped all that made Hubble Eye clinc a great place to do business. The new staff is rude and does not seem to know or even care about what you need. Former patients beware, they are up selling and are priced way above the market price. Ask your self, why did all the staff that used to work at Hubble Eye Clinic leave?

Stress Cracks on both lens, less than ONE YEAR when lens started splitting, was assured TED BAKER Frames are good so PECH OPTICAL Labs lens could be the inferior of the two?? MIKE, sole customer service rep and decision maker said he would replace at my expense (20 year family customer) however, hard for me to repurchase inferior manufactured lens. Zoom to see obvious stress cracks w/validated, dated facts.
