I agree this office used to be really good at answering calls and since new management and covid you can not ever get through and when you set it up for them to call back they never do I've been a patient at this office for over 10 years and have not ever had this problem except for the last year it's ridiculous

Me with many others what the problem the staff has two problems. They are deaf to patients and phone. The other problem is they should be closed down . Thank the Lord the hospital always there, you hear about the rising medical cost. But look at the doctors offices mistreating the patients. Hospital do.

I'm not sure you would have to ask the doctor you would like to see. In most facilities now it is according to the doctor.

The employees were fired when Paln Coast took over. They never had background checks and most were let go following the results. Go figure!
