The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with the many forms that needed filled out and read. The doctor was very pleasant and listened to my concerns, gave me information about the different types of products available and suggestions about how to determine the best type for my issues...best recommendation, "start slow". The follow-up be lady gave me paperwork and explained the process of the required paperwork for the state and answered all questions that I had. A very pleasant experience all around. I would definitely recommend MMTC. for your cannabis certification. Follow up visit for recertification was just as pleasant as the first. Different doctor but also very pleasant and helpful.

MMTC has a 10% discount for veterans, and many dispensaries also offer veteran discounts.

It is up to the insurance company whether they will cover medical marijuana treatments. Currently, no insurance has opted to cover medical marijuana.

Unfortunately, at this time no insurance company will cover medical marijuana because it is still federally illegal.
Florida law does not currently allow medical marijuana Registry ID cards from other countries or US states to be used in Florida dispensaries.
