Is there any kind of parking here? Or should we just uber?

Uber would be best. There is a pay to park on Akard Street. It isn't too bad of a walk, but the lot is often full.

Uber highly recommended. There are garages up and down Elm but it's a hassel.

What the others said as is indicative of downtown parking. You could park there, but there is only garages and maybe some meters, however it comes with a hassle. I recommend ride sharing or Dart train.
