If I could give this place no stars I would. But yeah I got a room yesterday and it was a Jacuzzi suite. So the room was absolutely horrible. So I go back and tell them and they So no refund. Of course they was going to say that so I cleaned the room myself and then the water was working just fine but a couple hours later the water did not work at all. The toilet the sink and the tub so I went and told them. And they was rude about it and then told me if I stayed again today. That they would give me a discount so I left last night and went home. I took the L but the whole point od DO NOT WHEN I SAY DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL! Very horrible place over priced for a messed up room very Unprofessional

There are mixed feelings on rating this place because of Sam and his wife. I've noticed a compassion in them both when dealing with tenants staying there long term, this was very impressive and warming. I've had the experience of staying at many locations during this time of transition and believe me I've been absolutely appalled at the way some staff members of motels treat existing or even potential consumers. This location or some of the rooms were renovated a few years ago, the upgrades were nice in comparison. Now a majority of the rooms are in need of both minor or some major repairs. The floors with carpet are undesirable and some sticky when walking on them. The daytime housekeeper does a good job at cleaning and appears to be pretty thorough. Now for rooms cleaned after hours are have done with very little effort. Often there is a shortage of towels for the patrons and that's extreme frustrating and inconvenient. The prices charged in this sector of Dallas feels like robbery for what you receive. I elude to both amenities and service. You pay an enormous amount for very little return. It would really be nice to have a facility in this part of town that matches the prices paid. There's a huge discrepancy between North Dallas and the South sector of Dallas in price, service, and amenities. I've seen some tenants totally disrespect the rooms causing damage and I know that's costly. Perhaps a system of deposit can be but in place and inspection of the rooms prior to renting will deter that. This location is in a prime location convenient to shopping, and freeway access. I know they've started working on the rooms again and I look forward to seeing them. Good luck to Sam and family.

The place was ok. But they really need to update it. I got the cheaper room without the Jacuzzi. And they only had smoking instead of non smoking. Wish they would have cleaned it up more. Need new carpets and to refinish the tub. Bed comforter was thin and had cigarette holes in it. Staff was friendly. Its the same price as Motel 6. But since its not a chain, they probably don't have enough money to fix it up.
