If your going to have a Wedding with a lot of people I would certainly follow up to ensure you are more than covered. Lots of cars, lots of people etc. I do know that Colt State Park has Ceremonies in a certain area.
I don't know. Suggest contacting the Town Hall...or Bristol Police Department Also, suggest getting a permit and do the ceremony at Colt State Park... they have a Chapel. it's prettier and you have more control of location and everything
