Its $15 to park your car, then entrance to the house is FREE, if you only want to wander around the ground floor. If you want to see the furnished upper floor (bedrooms etc) then you have to get a ticket for one of the themed tours ranging from $15 to $20.
I believe it was $15 per adult and $15 for parking, but we purchsed a family package of the trustees of reservations for MA which discounted the fees and free parking. I believe we spent a total of about $80 or so. There many reservations throughout MA we plan to explore.
