Why are they in such a hurry to close? Arrived at 4:01pm to find locked doors (outer and inner) covered top to bottom in Rules! We found a stray dog. We'll put it back on the sidewalk where we found it, since these folks are in no hurry to help.

They don't take stray dogs. You can get help from your local animal control.
