I ordered (and paid for) a refrigerator from American Freight's website on 7/29/22 - in part based on the advertised delivery date of 8/2/22. The confirmation email confirmed the delivery date of 8/2/22 and said that a representative would call me within 24 hours to schedule delivery. 8/2 came and went; nobody called and the fridge was not delivered. On 8/4 I called the store and was informed by the representative that "the website always gives the wrong date", that the actual delivery was scheduled for 8/11/22, and that somebody would call me the day before to inform me of the anticipated delivery time. Again, nobody ever called, nobody ever came. I called the store again on the evening of 8/12/22 and was told, "the order is out on the truck now for delivery". Nobody had ever called to see if that time worked, but I figured I'd take delivery whenever I could get it. But even then, nobody ever showed up with the refrigerator! I've been told two times since that the refrigerator was out for delivery (8/15/22 AND 8/17/22). The last time I called the store, they gave me the number of the "3rd part delivery company" which was a cell phone number that nobody answered. I'm hesitant to use the word "scam" to describe what seems like a legitimate business, but it seems as though I've been ripped off!

Great experience at American Freight. Christopher and Marcus are the best !!! Very friendly and helpful. They gave me a great discount and I will be referring my friends and family. Great store ! Good selection. One day my fiancée and I were helped by Tyler and another time Danny. They were both extremely helpful and knew their merchandise well. We didn’t feel pressured to buy and it was an overall positive experience. Store was clean and prices are great.

No. Both Sears Outlet and the new American Freight Appliance, Furniture, Mattress are completely separate entities from Sears and Sears' parent company TransformCo. In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.
Sears Outlet will be rebranding over the course of April, leading up to a big grand re-opening celebration across all stores on April 23rd, 2020.

Inventory keeps changing. You have to go there. Another alternative is HomeDepot and Lowes. This is the season models and styles change. They have IN STORE clearance items. Last year I bought a $2400 French door with freezer drawer for $550 new in box.
