The Bristol community college bookstore is an amazing place to get everything you need to get your college life started and continued. Some of the merchandise is overpriced but you can get good deals from the website. They also have random deals that get emailed to you if you sign up to their subscription. I would recommend going here before anywhere else for your Bristol community college stuff. If you need books I suggest you try there first but then go Google and there is a website that will let you rent or buy books cheaper you just need the ISBN number. Ordered online but for some reason I wasn’t able to check my order status so I spent three whole days calling over and over and leaving messages but never got a call back. I went into the bookstore in person and the girl who assisted me looked like she had no idea what I was saying but then said my book would be available by that Friday. I STILL haven’t recieved an email stating it’s available for pickup and this is a week later. I spent all day calling and they do NOT answer or get back to you. Class starts tomorrow! I have no books and I ordered them way in advance. Going to go in person AGAIN tomorrow and hope that I get some help and some BOOKS!

ordered online got an email that my books were ready. Go to the school and the line was backed up all the way to the auditorium entrance. Wait almost two hours in line finally get to a person. Tell them I got an email that my order was ready. Lady literally does not take a step and just looks down at the ground and then tells me that my books were not ready, didn't even look. Her best explanation was that my books were not bagged and I would have to come back another time?!?! Told her I didn't care if they were not bagged and asked if I could take them without it and she tells me no and to come back later. Mind you class starts the next day so I could not come back. Talk to another girl does the same dead to the world stare at me and says the same bullcrap to me. Asked for a manager and finally got someone with a brain and she actually looked for my books. They were in the back in the pick up bay bagged and ready to go. Yeah so that store is full of mindless people who just don't' care and are lazy. Sorry not sorry Except for the manager girl she was fantastic! :]

Get there early before the semester starts, or you will be waiting quite some time. It is better to order off their website. Not sure that many people know that you can do that with the book advance. You can, and i highly recommend doing so.
