We all have had a not so perfect day in our lives, probably more than one. Typically, when drive through fail, it has more to do with fixing, or enterprise scale I.T. deliverables.
If you want fresh food, you have to wait for it some times. And it could also be real busy that day, and if it is, it will take a lot longer to get served. Or, it could just be the time you are visiting. It could be right after it during shift change, which will allow down your order a bit. Just learn to be patient, go at a different time, or just go somewhere else.
Nope
Service inside is terrible and the food make sick last time I will never be there again
At the end of the day we have to have patience or if we know the drive thru is slow walk inside but, if that is slow too just don't visit that restaurant. But, we must realize the people ahead of us might have big orders or the staff is short handed things happen. As people we have to practice sympathy
