Pulled up at 10pm. There was 5 cars ahead of us so it was busy. Line took 7 minutes and we got to the order “box”. The young lady was helping the car in front of us and in the same time took our very lengthy order… It’s was very impressive! Good on you Taco Bell! I believe the young lady’s name is Sharleen. I hope I spelled that right. Fantastic service! Thank you.

The worst customer service. I visited at the night time and couldn’t see the prices at menu properly and when I asked them the girls on the drive thru were super rude and refused me to tell the prices. Never coming back here. Its not the restaurant which fails, its actually the worst employees they hire in there which make the restaurant fails.

The food is fresh and good. But frequently either they mix up the order with someone else's order or mess up the customized order done through the app. In the most recent experience I had order Black Bean burritos and it clearly says no beef on the receipt too. But when I got home, both my burritos had beef in it. I went back to store and requested to talk to the manager. When I asked the manager about this frequent issues with my order he just ignored me talking to him about the situation and was like what was the order and he took the burrito I took with me to show them. Once he returned with the new order, I repeated myself about the situation and he replied to that by saying oh I am not here all the time. And further added we move too fast so mix ups happen. I was so amazed by his response. I mean he acted as if they were doing a favor by making us a new order. And during the whole conversation he was never sorry about their mistake. I don't know how to explain them what it feels like consuming meat product if are a vegetarian. I hope the franchisee take proper actions regarding such issues. I am attaching the receipt in the photos if they need information regarding it.

Wow. This place is a disaster. No one was at the front when I walked in. I had to go look around the side for anyone to notice me. The lady that took my order was wearing headphones as she talked with me. The drink machine was broken. The bathrooms were dirty. There was a giant bucket of cleaner on the counter where orders are taken. There were mops in the walkway between the order counter and the cook isle. At 6:45 PM, no pizzas were ready and they had to be fired which took 20 minutes. An item from my order was missing when I received the food. The tables and chairs were dirty. I found a hair in my pizza box. Yuck. Do not go here!

I don't think anybody is taking the time to contact taco Bell corporation about this facility, but no worries I will get it done I will make sure this facility is changed up to taco Bell's franchise procedures, and policies or shut down,
