Sorry Anthony for your unhappy experience. Anytime your not pleased with your order, call the store and we will gladly remake your order. After talking to my staff we believe you received the wrong order. The sandwich you got was order with extra veggies and extra cheese , that explains the obsessive amount of cheese and veggies on it. Occasionally we hand out the wrong order which happen in your case. I apologize for your inconvenience and will gladly make your order the way you order it. Idk but just ask during the day for the person in charge and state what happened. Any good business would give you your order again. If not, then you know not to go there anymore. Simple.

Most likely a mistake happens to any good business especially busy restaurants so many orders and lots of people it's easy to mix up a sub with another by accident. Just tell the person at the counter there was a mistake they may ask for a receipt but most likely not and they will fix there mistake. Most businesses will do allot to keep a good customer.
