Great boxing instructions! I wanted to focus on technique, hands, and defense. Have found this training very helpful. I love the mitt work classes best. Such attention to refining technique with a live element to it to train reactions. I have taken Brazilian Jui Jitsu in the past, and more recently kickboxing and wrestling. So while MIxed Martial Arts is my interest, i wanted to train here to really refine and hone in on my head and hand movements, my footwork, and boxing techniques and reflexes. I do not regret it. Professional level boxing instruction here. The mitt work classes usually have one instructor for 4 people refining techniques one on one with them for sections of the class. That is how amateur and professional boxers work with their coaches. Some boxing gyms do not offer training like that unless you are on track for an amateur fight. So this is a rare opportunity to learn this as an ordinary gym member. They also offer plenty of classes for getting in shape, drilling techniques, and offer sparring as well. However far you want to go with it, be it getting in shape, refining skills and techniques, or progressing towards boxing matches in the area, this gym can do that for you. Highly recommend.

Coaches are great. It’s like having your own personal trainer! The exercises will have you sweating from beginning to end. They will also spend more time with you if you are a beginner and don’t know anything about boxing 🥊

This is a great gym that features weights and open spaces for plyometric workouts, the staff that work here are all very professional and outgoing, you won't be intimidated if you're a beginner boxing here. All of the coaches and trainers are experienced boxers who will teach you all of the basic fundamentals and principles of the sport. As long as you can consistently attend the training sessions on a weekly basis you will definitely become a better boxer!
