Amazing sporting good store with amazing customer service. The day I went in the associates were Elijah and Anthony and they did a fantastic job finding me the equipment that I needed. Nothing but good things to say About play it again sports. five-star experience.

Very wide selection of both used and new equipment covering most sports. My son was assisted by one of the staff helping him get the right size golf clubs. Will definitely return!

Terrible selection and service. There were several employees just standing around and ignoring customers. The boots were all disorganized and missing some sizes (but they didn't want to buy my trade-ins that were in much better shape than some of their offerings.) Go to Stoneham instead. They are nice and helpful there. I would give it one star compared to every other Play it Again Sports I've been to, but I've got to give 2 stars because it's better than buying kids new stuff just to toss in a landfill a few months later.

This store has a decent and wide variety of different sports gear but severely lacks customer service and knowledge. If you enjoy a store that has teenage employees that lack customer service and equipment knowledge and pricing and are too busy with their faces in their phones this is the store for you. We tried to purchase a golf club bag and apparently not all the bags are for sale in there, they said that's not for sale it's.just displaying the clubs ..that doesn't make any sense to me considering there are clubs for sale that have no bag with them, kind of just assumed every thing was for sale in there that was sports related. Very disappointing experience and we will not return to this location.
