Frank has become extremely unprofessional. My younger sibling had left his bike there since January and for over 5 months it had yet to be even looked at. If Frank was not able or could not fix the bike he should have made that clear in the beginning. On top of that when my father went in to ask why it had been taking so long Frank raised his voice and started shouting at my father. Multiple kids in my neighborhood also claimed to have a similar experience with their bikes being there for over 3 months and no communication whatsoever?? Unbelievable. I am so disappointed with the service/experience my family got from here. Went to another shop the next day and they fixed it ON THE SPOT. Came back same day with bike and a good deal. 30$ difference!! Don’t waste your time here.
