Milo was very helpful picking out the right unit for me. He showed me different sizes so I could pick the right one. He mention the specials which also helped in my decision. The paperwork was fast and easy. Pricing was reasonable. Milo was very courteous

Reserved a "ground floor" unit. Drove there to see it and was shown a second floor unit, requiring an elevator ride. Manager explained they call any unit that does not require a ladder "ground floor" no matter what level of the building it is on. They mean floor-level as opposed to a loft unit requiring a ladder to access. Really? How about, "floor-level unit on upper floor" and "loft unit on upper floor?" That would be the correct way to describe them.

I rented a storage unit at their Waltham location last week, and I was extremely happy with the services offered by Mailo Perez (Storage Manager). Mailo was very friendly, and took the time to explain the different storage units they had available and even showed us all the different options. This was extremely useful as the unit I rented online (just based on the unit's online design) was not what I actually needed, so thanks Mailo for saving me from that unpleasant surprise on Moving day. As some of the other reviewers pointed out, this may not be the most up-to-date storage facility, but its certainly worth the price you pay, especially with some of their really good offers going on.
