They have a great separate dining area. I don't believe it needs to be "rented", just refundable deposit when used. Gratuity will be included on the bill. I was satisfied for my party of 30 people.

There's a large room that holds about 30 people with doors that will close, but I don't believe they specifically rent it out for events.
They don't rent, but they have a partially secluded area in the hall that you can have for your celebration.
