I would honestly give this place a negative review if I could I wish I would of never moved here. They are horrible. The roach infestation is out of control. They live in your stove, walls, ceiling everywhere, they don't care of any problems you have. It's horrible living here. I was so excited at first but then I quickly realized how bad of a complex this place is. You never can get a hold of anyone in the office ever. They are rude and unprofessional. They charge you for everything. My kitchen lights have been busted out from the upstairs neighbors and they refuse to fix them without charging me $5 a bulb. Avoid spending your money and time at this roach motel. It's absolutely horrible and disgusting.

Residing here 2.5 years so far...Mayra, the manager has a horrible way of communicating with residents. I noticed this day one. I've complained to Topaz Assessment about her behavior. Cecilia, the Assistant Manager is very sweet and helpful. Yanet, the Leasing Agent is as well. There are different apartments available (with and without upgrades). I don't know how those without look inside so I cannot speak to that. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. The toilets could stand to be updated and the cabinets, too. The flooring comes up too easily and they would be better off with ceramic tiles or something. Because I stay on the 3rd floor, I can't complain about noise. Maintenance is sometimes behind on work orders. Middle school children go to the gazebo by the bark park and sneak smoki g weed, the gates do not work properly for entrance and exit, Too much trash all.over, and there is no reason for a connseieure service for trash is ridiculous. Too much through traffic when kids are out. Not enough poop areas for dog owners. A few raggedy speed bumps and potholes and BAD COCKROACH PROBLEM. Pest control doesn't come regularly, so I had to invest in my own Advion Cockroach Insecticide Gel Bait. It will draw them suckers out.

By far the most unpleasant experience with an apartment complex. Manager, assistant manager. and maintenance are extremely rude, not helpful, and unprofessional. Phone calls and emails will not be returned by office staff. First day of moving in my apartment was so disgusting. The walls were not painted correctly, cracks on baseboards, chipped paint on cabinets, and refrigerator was not clean at all. Loud neighbors, smell of cigarettes, and marijuana lingered through out my unit. On two occasions my husband woke up in the middle of the night with roaches crawling on him. We had long black bugs coming out of the bathroom drain. Maintenance told me to pour bleach down the drain and didn't address the situation. So many other issues with this apartment complex. Bottom line is they are rundown and not worth it. Do not waste your time and money! These pictures are from our first day at move in.

I am so glad my lease is up in May. The roaches are everywhere. I have sprayed, bombed, put baits and used powder. Pest control comes out when the office doesn't cancel my request but it hasn't been doing any good anyway. I regret moving here I don't recommend this place to anyone.
