No :( And when I called the number provided on the sign bc my daughter was standing there waiting for the water to turn on, the lady from the city was pretty rude and not knowledgeable. I suggested that they could put up a sign or write a note here on Google, and she ignored the suggestions and said she has no control over that.
I believe that the soccer fields are city of irving and there should be reservable. I'd check with the Irving Parks and Recreation. It's a city park, not private.
