It's going to be a while. Not even sure they have started construction. Another option is Coney island. Hear they have a good inexpensive fish dinner on Friday.
I'll check and get back ...i think they are still under construction....they never reported otherwise.... The moose lodge ....has fish etc on Fridays and dinners during week .... just joined ....
