Today I had 2 appointments with the Florida Clinic doctors!. Dr. Santoscoy at Land O' lakes office and Dr. Julio Gonzalez at Zephyrhills. I am extremely picky about the doctors I use and expect a high level of bedside professionalism and manners from doctors. I love that all documents are available for all doctors to see, within their clinics, they can all keep track of their patients to avoid conflicts of medications or diagnoses. Both, Dr. Santoscoy and Dr. Gonzalez take their time to listen to you and understand the type of patient you are and your individual medical needs.I am a generally a very healthy person but as I approach an older age is wonderful to have doctors that help you stay healthy! The labs are wonderful as well in both places.I am so glad these doctors were reccommended to me.

The staff are disrespectful and unprofessional in addition to being disorganized. They are literally afraid of giving care or speaking to legal guardian of a patient. In addition to that they went out of their way to say they charge extra for a doctor note or just go to your primary care doctor and don’t bother us.

We rarely have to wait very long to see a doctor. The staff is always helpful. Tests are are up quickly. Everyone is very pleasant, informative and cooperative.

For the first time (today was my 13th surgery) I experienced an excellent patient service, starting from the moment I arrived until I left the surgery center, Dr. Apple is fantastic and all the nurses treat me with courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommended.
