For the most part, the people working there are outstanding and provide great service in the clinic. But there are a few that act like they are doing you a favor talking to you and they are just there to draw a paycheck. Although great service is provided in the Clinic, they do not do so well making scheduled telephone appointments on time. In fact after my last telephone appointment where I waited for 2 hours for the Dr.'s call, that never came, I gave up and will not accept this kind of appointment again. Of course the doctor did a CYA statement saying she had called me twice and left 2 messages, but that was untrue.

Was surprised at the volume they do being so small.care is more complete and exact than some of the bigger v.a. hospitals.very through and attentive to you're needs...!wish they could do all the medical services there.
