My windshield was cracked last Thursday be a rock on the highway. Call my insurance on Friday to report it. We had a 3 way call with them and K&K. Schedule an appointment with them for today which is Monday. Called and came out right away. About 45 minutes later it was done. Very professional. As previous costumers we are completely appalled at what my mother endured last weekend on Saturday while on the job. My parents are business owners of a landscaping company serving Silverado ranch. Like normal they arrive at the next property they are servicing as one of you technicians approaches my mother yelling and harassing her to stop what she doing when mind you he was servicing a neighboring property and we were not in any way preventing him from completing his job when confronted by my father he said he was just having a bad day which is absolutely no excuse for his behavior. He went on to say he assumed my mother couldn’t hear him over the machinery yet continued to yell after machinery was turned off overall the behavior is unacceptable and I would want to know if one of our employees acted in this manner.
