It's difficult to give a grade. Today for my cat scan, it went smoothly, nice staff, & fast. It was a 5 star day, but I gave them 4 stars because I had to come back after being told they didn't have my bloodwork to be sure my kidneys can handle the dye. But they did not make sure that I was cleared. This needs to be changed.

I had an MRI. I tend to be claustrophobic, but kept my eyes closed and got through it fine. I have been there for an ultrasound and the radiologist remembered me from a previous visit. The experience once you have your appointment is good. It can be challenging to get through on the phone, however. Worth the effort because they have locations convenient for me.

I had two appointments on the same day. I was greeted by the receptionist who was prompt, attentive and professional. The wait time was not even 10 minutes for both services.
