I've brought both of my children here recently. The inside is adorable and very welcoming to kids; it made mine laugh to see the farm animals painted on all of the walls. Josh is very kind and on both occasions he was very helpful and informative. Nurse Practitioner Sue was also extremely kind and very patient with my kids. She was also very thorough and gave us the time and attention you want and need when visiting an urgent care. It was great to be so well taken care of, I just wish the wait time had not been so long.

So thankful! A little bit of a wait, but so worth it! And they were so apologetic for the wait. They really took the time to care! And it shows my son was there late yesterday afternoon and he is night and day better today!

My experience with the doctor was quite terrible. She was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family. She never even asked how I was doing or if I was okay. Then, she made me feel very uncomfortable for not being vaccinated, borderline discriminatory, with her expressive reaction and way of talking. We explained we believe in the holistic approach to health, and she completely ignored us and kept trying to push painkillers even with the extensive side effects. She talked down to us the entire time and even tried to divide our family, and eventually we decided to leave before she could even finish. Will not be going here ever again.

Nurse Practitioner Sue was awesome!! She really listened to the concerns I had about my son, offered great guidance, was very knowledgeable and really sweet! The front office staff demonstrated great customer service as well.
