Our staff will pull your information from E-FORCSE, which is Florida's prescription monitoring database and our physician will review that information in your consultation. Once your appointment is booked we email you over your intake forms, but you can also view them on our website CannabisDocGroup.com under the Patient Support tab. Currently the nearest dispensary to Zephyrhills is the Trulieve in Wesley Chapel, but there is a dispensary being built right now in Zephyrhills that is scheduled to open in the next month or so. Keep an eye out off of Gall Blvd next to CVS.
