Brought in a sample of my water because we have had a ton of rain lately hand I've had to lower my pools water level multiple times in the last 3 weeks, and as a result my chemical balance has been thrown off resulting in a very green and cloudy pool. Brought them a sample of my water told them the size of my pool and he gave me a printout of exactly what I needed to do. These pictures are a before and after. Only took around 3 hours for my pool to become blue again. I've been fighting this green pool for weeks now. And one visit changed it. 5 stars.

Horrible!! If the technicians think you aren't home they will literally do nothing. We were away from our home for 2 months and watched them on the security cameras. They would come in the gate, take a look around for people, then leave. My family is paying for them to clean and maintain the pool and it hasn't happened yet. They were made aware this was happening, but today the pool guy comes, dips a litmus strip in the pool, gets back in his truck, and leaves. There's debris and leaves in the pool and he did absolutely nothing. They are a total ripoff. Extremely frustrated and out of the money too. We are paying a lot of money for services never received. I would never, ever recommend you use Pinch A Penny in Zephyrhills FL. Beware... UPDATE : Spoke with one of the owners, who stated he was actually the one that came to the house today, and did absolutely nothing!! He didn't even seem to care that he was caught red handed, and offered no apology or refund. We asked for a refund for the days the services were never performed, or for them to come back and do what they were being paid to do in the first place. He refused. Taking money from someone in exchange for services, and never delivering a service at all is illegal. It's called Theft By Deception. STAW AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Great experience!! My husband called and they were out next day. Had to come back twice (pool was pretty bad) but didn't make me feel like it was just about the money. Gave me advice on maintaining it! Steve, Mark, and the girls at the counter had such professionalism and great personalities!! Highly recommend for all pool above ground needs!!
