We do not allow walk ins due to Covid and we are no longer open to the public and ask all customers to place orders via our website .

No not really we have asked Many Honda dealerships nationwide and they are saying the Monkey is not a hot seller we have so many parts for the Ruckus and Grom that we are busting at the seams now , Just no room for Monkey . Time will tell if we start doing monkey. We are hearing it may not come back in 2021
The washer is a shim for the needle in the carb. Not really necessary if you're jetted properly
I can only guess that maybe one of the filaments in the light bulb is bad and hopefully all you need is another light bulb
