Where is our refund for the trip on March 22, 2020 which was canceled because of covid 19. Eleven of us are still waiting on refunds and you all are not returning phones calls or text messages. You are not going to like what's coming your way. We have given you ample time to reply.

Where is my refund?? A friend and I were booked on a Biloxi gambling getaway trip to depart on 3/22/2020. A few days prior to the departure, we were notified by phone by Jena that the trip was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. This was understandable. It has now been almost 6 months. I have called several times and emailed several times requesting our refund of $510. I have not even received the courtesy of a response of any kind. Now when I recently called, the mailbox is full. My friend and I have traveled with VIP Trinity Travel in the past and recommended the company to friends. I am very upset that we have not received our refund or even a phone call with information about getting it.

Very Nice: I have traveled with Trinity for the past 4 years on the Christmas Tour (Mr. Cox group), the Owner Mrs. Donna, her Husband and daughter, are great host. The first trip I had her daughter as the tour director, the second was Mrs. Donna and her funny husband, he had us in laughter all the time, the last two tours out we had Ms. Karen and driver Jimmy. I have enjoyed each trip with our tour guide and bus driver, keep up the good work, the loving engery that is spread throughout, wants to make you come back, sad to say, I won't be returning next year. The ride last year, when you board the bus, you had your name placed in the seat, that was your seat, but some people change the seating on there on, "not nice". The trip this year going was ok, coming back, for me was very annoying, there was no name placed this year, when some board the bus, they placed there belongings in the seat, to return to their belongings been moved, couples, mates, friends, couldn't seat together because some wanted seats to themselves. The outing is great, just have to many Chiefs and no Indians, the people wanted to change the rules of the game after the tour guide have call the rules out, the people want to change how they want to give the love offerings to the driver and guide, after the host has stated how it was handed out, they changed seating again, moving things, it was to much. The people sitting behind us going was not the people sitting behind us coming back, the people sitting behind us coming back was talking loud , singing, listening to music without headphones, I was so glad to get back to my car.
