First and last time I get my nails done here. I went in for a full set and the person who did my nails glues some tips crooked and said “ your finger is different” if that was the case other nail salons I’ve gone to would have said the same thing. And after he put the acrylic and started filing he asked if I was okay with the shape. I said I was. This was for the first 2 fingers he started on. After he was done filing all the nails he asked me if they were okay and I’d there was any issues he would fix them. So I did tell him , I said I noticed that some nails were files to much from the sides and the mail no longer looked squares which was the shape I had asked for. He takes a look at them and states that he had asked me if they were okay when he 1st started filing them and that is why he kept doing what he was doing. I didn’t know I had to check each nail to see if they were the correct shape. I thought since he was doing my nails he would have know. At the end I didn’t even argue at all I just told him it was fine and I thanked him.

They do a great job but 2 of 3 times I went, my nail tech didn’t speak English and that made things challenging.
