Terrible! I learned my lesson about going to a Verizon store ever again. I ended up being told my phone from at&t was not compatible, when I switched carriers, which I later found out that it was compatible and that i didnt need a new phone.. So, the African American femal sales rep told me I had to choose a new phone.. when it was all said and done, the price was twice what Amazon was charging, and without my approval she went ahead and put a protective piece over the screen that fell off two days later that, when I saw the bill, realized I was charged $50 for, without my consent. This Place MUST be commission based because they were so dishonest that I'll never go back..
