Short staffed today and still found time to kind at the front desk, thoroughness with the doc, and still quick. The lady at the front desk was literally running between the back of the offic e and front, got people through line quickly…all with a smile. Very impressed.

The two stars are purely for the kind women at the front desk. Everything else here is deplorable. I was secluded in a separate waiting area where you cannot hear anything outside. Nurse Kendrick grew INCREDIBLY frustrated that I was told someone would come get me when it was my time. He proceeded to mumble while taking my vitals as to the point I couldn’t hear him. The amount of attitude and eye rolls I got from him should be grounds for termination. I already don’t feel well now you’re being nasty? When I paid money to be here? Been sitting inside the doctors room for 30 minutes now have not yet to be seen. Also the wall as are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING being said in the rooms next to you. Incredibly invasive and uncomfortable. Maybe the nurse or whoever has a loud voice but there’s no reason I should be able to hear about the pus pockets in someone’s infection from the room over. Made the mistake of coming here when I wasn’t feeling well. Will not make that same mistake again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my daughter to see a doctor for a ongoing fever and cough. Seemed like the staff and doctor was more focus on going home. Didn’t even bother checking her out or run test on her. Next day I took her to her pediatrician and she tested positive for flu A. Dont waste your time and money going to this clinic.

Whoever gave them five stars has absolutely zero credibility whatsoever and I would never listen to their reviews. Contrarily I went there for my son's dislocated shoulder and the nurses took an x-ray and looked at it and said "we can't do anything about it." "You'll have to go to the ER." All they do is defer you to somewhere else that actually can help so why waste your copay to have them do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. About a year and a half ago I went because I had a MRSA infection on my forearm and again they looked at my forearm through the front window and said "we don't have anything here that can help with that." If you need urgent Care I would 100% just go to the ER where you will receive the X-ray and the help to get whatever is wrong fixed because this place doesn't fix anything. But they will 100% take your copay.
