Poor customer service. I have to call the office multiple times before speaking with anyone. It takes forever to reach someone. They also keep their phone during business hours. Like if they open at 7am they still have to office closed message on at 8am. Also I shouldn't have to call them to confirm my appointment if they already emailed me asking me to confirm my appointment. The best option would be for them to call me to confirm since it's impossible to reach their front desk. Imagine if I were to have an emergency....the phone just rings without ever reaching someone and being asked to hold. I will be looking for a new dentist. It's a shame because the actual dentist there are friendly amd thorough.....but its all pointless if I can't reach them.

Very nice experience! Everyone is so kind and thoughtful... explained each and every step of what they were doing, helped me with my dental insurance so I got the best price. Awesome place, highly recommend them!

The staff was A+ all the way around. At every step during my visit with each staff member, to include the dentist, no one acted rushed like I was just a number. Each spent time with me. Thank you very much for your service that u provided me with. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Zephyrhills.

The staff is very friendly. The office is welcoming. Nice and clean. They will work with your schedule. They made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Affordable.
