Best time to shop is what Cynthia says overall but the store is as close to empty as it gets in daylight on Tuesday Mornings between 9 and 11

If you have the time I'd suggest between 9:30 a.m. to about 3:30 p.m. because after 3:30 you begin to get people who are shopping for dinner, especially on Friday afternoon and forget about the weekends. But during the weekdays that's the easiest time.
