I just spoke with an employee named Diane who just hung up on me while asking about work. This is not acceptable behavior at all. I'll be contacting management and making a formal complaint. How this person is in customer service is beyond me.

We're sorry about this experience. It is a possibility that the call could've dropped, I would call back and try again. Landlines are sometimes not the most reliable.
