I have a computer I built myself and got a blue screen, my son and I built his computer and we are now beginning to have issues. I want to bring them in but someone in your comments section said you charged $500 an hour. Is that the case?

If it's a diagnostic test its 60 dollars flat to see what's wrong with it. Just got the quote yesterday. That doesnt include fixing it though. But better then sending it out of state of for repair etc.

No our labor rates are $100/hour, but most of our services fall under flat rate packages. Diagnostic is $60 and is included in all our other packages. So say we diagnose it and determine that you need a new hard drive and an operating system re-install. You would pay only the $150 for an OS re-install not the $60 + the $150.
