Directly rude and tried to sell me something I didn't want. They talked to me like I was a child and now, they're directly undercutting my friends business because he's better than them. Absolute garbage

The did a quick and very good job on my laptop that I was sure was ready for the garbage. 1st time I've used them and will definitely use them again and have told my friends how great and friendly they are there. I'm tech challenged and they talked to me so I understood without feeling stupid.. Thanks y'all!

Everytime I have gone in here they have been helpful, informative and straightforward with honest feedback. I'm going in today to get a computer diagnostic done because it's cheaper then every other place and I exhausted my options repairing it myself with limited time and knowledge. However I've gone in and have received free advice on simple fixes and they have always been great to talk to.

If it's a diagnostic test its 60 dollars flat to see what's wrong with it. Just got the quote yesterday. That doesnt include fixing it though. But better then sending it out of state of for repair etc.
We would need to know the model of phone. On iPhones it ranges from $90-$250. On android phones it varies widely, but in most cases the screen replacement cost will be as much or more than just buying a fully functional identical model used.
Yes technically we can, but unfortunately that falls under the same category as most Android phone repairs. Because they aggressively glue the phone together and you literally have to go through the entire phone from the back forward to replace the screen. Taking it apart is very tedious and by the time you get done paying for parts with labor you get close to the price of a fully functional used google pixel 3. The labor for the swap would be $200 and the lcd assembly with frame is $130. Here is the ifixit guide so you can see what involved: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Google+Pixel+3+Screen+Replacement/124779 In contrast I can get you a fully functional unlocked google pixel 3 or 3xl for $399. I'm not an iphone fanboy from a usage standpoint, but I've got to give it to them on their ease of repairability. On an iphone 8 it takes me about 20 minutes ($50) labor and $40 cost in parts to repair.
Technically we can, but when it comes to Samsung phones they are glued together and there aren't company's making aftermarket parts like there are for iphones. So Samsung gets to set the prices on replacement parts and my personal belief is that they set those prices just high enough that people will consider replacing the phone rather than repairing it. For example my cost on a S6 screen is $129 and the labor to swap it out is about 1.5 hours ($150). You can buy a used S6 phone for less than that, I actually have one for $175. In contrast my iphone 6 screens cost me $55 and take 1/2 hour to swap ($50).
