Are there still some first come-first serve spots?

Yes there are 1st come 1st served at Mtn. Park campground.

For some reason on their website it says you have to put a reservation. I sent them an email about that last summer and they said the sites without electricity are still first come. I don't understand why they don't fix that on their site.

Yes but none of those spots have electric....they fill up fast on the weekend.
