It's pretty hard to get a job in Wal-Mart because Wal-Mart is a known place a people would like to work there too.
At minimum once a week
I would call them like a couple times a week show interest in job
Call every other day. I was a nurse manager for 11 years. Usually those who dressed for success, had a smile, was personal but not overly so and who called frequently usually got the job! So do not worry if you are calling frequently because for every open position their are 100+ applicants. Make yourself stand out!! Good luck!
