This is an MLM, AKA pyramid scheme, disguised as an actual business. Do not support these companies. Look up "Herbalife FTC settlement" and "herbalife income disclosure statements". That is all the proof needed to show this business is a scam. The lot renters can say whatever they want, but they are still an Herbalife MLM distributor, not a small business.

No one welcomed me when I came in, there were no menus to order a shake or anything. After a couple min of waiting, I finally got asked what I wanted but when I asked for a menu she didn't have one and she just started listing flavors. Once I requested a specific shake that she said she could do, it took another couple min and then she asked me to sign in on some tablet. I told her I never been there before and just wanted a shake, I don't want to create an account, especially for something I don't know anything about and after I've already been waiting for almost ten min. She got a slight attitude asking why I didn't just say that I haven't been there before. I'm sorry, as a new customer I don't have to or need to announce when it's my first time. Furthermore if you're trying to get someone to make an account for your business or sign in, that should probably be announced when someone comes in and explain why. If you don't have the Manning to do that then have pamphlets or pictures on the wall with information. In conclusion, worst customer service and a complete waste of time.
